There is no such thing as brunch without a Mimosa, and my Cranberry Holiday Cocktail is the Christmas mimosa to your Christmas brunch! A sweet Cranberry mimosa infused with a little triple sec and blackberries to garnish! This cranberry mimosa will be the perfect addition to your holiday gathering of any size, and/ or for an individual glass for simple relaxation Sunday. You wouldn’t want to go without a bubbly sweet treat or these cocktails at your Christmas Holiday Party, New Year’s Eve, or your next Friendsmas!


  1. Sugar
  2. Your Favorite Bottle of Champagne
  3. Cranberry Juice
  4. Triple Sec
  5. Blackberries and rosemary for garnish (optional)

Step 1:

Start off by wetting the rim of your mimosa glass, and cover run in sugar.

Step 2:

Add 2 ounces of triple sec into your mimosa glass

Step 3:

Follow the triple sec up, by adding 8 ounces of orange juice into your 16 oz glass.

Step 4:

Top your holiday cocktail with your favorite champagne in my recipe I use Veuve Cliquot

Step 5:

Add blackberries and rosemary to garnish!

Easy to make Sweet Cranberry Mimosa Cocktail. Made with your favorite champagne, triple sec, and cranberry juice. Recipe is made for an 16oz glass, can be adjusted accordingly.

  • Champagne or Glass Cup
  • Mixology Jigger


  • Sugar
  • Bottle of Veuve Clicquot or your favorite Champagne
  • 2 ounces of Triple Sec
  • 8 ounces of Cranberry Juice
  • Fresh Blackberries and Rosemary Springs for garnish


  • Fresh Blackberries and Rosemary Springs for garnish
  • Wet glass rim and coat with sugar
  • Add 2 ounces of Triple Sec to your glass
  • Add your 8 ounces of cranberry juice
  • 4.Top with Veuve Clicquot or your favorite champagne
  • Garnish with blackberries and rosemary springs (optional)
  • Serve!
