National Wellness Month

*Thank you Jove for sponsoring this post.

August is the National Wellness Month. This is the month for all of us to focus on our selves a little more than we do. Take this month to plan some self-care, focus on your fitness, prioritize your mental health if needed. As most of you know, I am four months postpartum, and I have always dealt with postpartum anxiety and baby blues. This time around I decided I would prioritize myself, find ways to manage my stress with a baby and two toddlers + running a business. Two of the choices I have made are working out, and controlling my water intake. Staying hydrated. A couple of months ago, I was introduced to Jove Water, and it has become a part of my daily life. If you follow me on instagram you know I attended their hydration truck and shared my experience with you all! I have always been a water drinker, and have never believed me that any one water is different. However, this changed my mind completely. This water not only taste different in a GOOD way, it makes me feel different in the BEST way.

Challenge + Prioritize YOURSELF.

Did you know? Up to 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, and feeling irritable, sluggish, having poor sleep and dry skin can all be associated with dehydration. As we age, the level of hydration in our body can decline, but when we drink truly hydrating water, we benefit at the cellular level. Cellular hydration supports our mitochondria (the power plant of our cells), cellular metabolism and the release of cellular waste. Drinking Jovē water leads to happy cells, and happy cells lead to a happy body.

This month I am challenging you start prioritizing YOURSELF. A better you makes for better care of your loved ones. Start with something as easy as your water intake, and you can start with Jove. Start here, start now. Head to Amazon , you know you were already on their app today and purchase a jug, while you are there you can order your Jove water. Jovē is currently available on Amazon in a 12-pack (this is what I order), but, you can also head to your nearest Publix locations in one-liter bottles at a suggested retail price of $2.49.

One thing about Jovē is that not only does it tastes great but is clinically shown to provide deep hydration for skin and cellular health. Through their Advanced Cellular Hydration Technology, Jovē increases alkalinity with a patented essential mineral and charge it with an abundance of electrons, a primary source of energy, for a water that’s smooth, refreshing and deeply hydrating.

Are we up for the Challenge?

Let’s make a list of three things you want to do for yourself this month to prioritize your wellness. I’ll go first!

  1. Drink more Jove water to help with dehydration, the sluggish feeling & improving my skin!
  2. Working out more
  3. Including 30 mins of reading into my daily routine. (Growing up, I was a huge reader and I actually miss it alot!)

What will you three things be? Let me know over on instagram! Don’t forget to head to your local Publix or shop JovÄ“ right to your door, this month and include it in your wellness.
